I am a biomedical engineer, co-founder and CEO of Next Core Revolution (NCR), and a student of an MBA specialized in artificial intelligence. I build procurement software for institutions that have their own rules and cannot change them to fit a tool.
Alongside NCR I have worked on medical equipment purchasing and hospital projects in Chile's public health sector. That is where I learned how a large institution really buys: quotes, technical specifications, committees, documents and a lot of traceability.
My research was on virtual reality: designing environments that induce emotions and measuring the response in physiological signals.
What I do
Strategy and product
I lead the strategy and the product of NCR, from what the system should do to how an institution adopts it.
Finance and investors
I run the finances and the relationship with investors, with the backing of Fusen World.
Applied AI
I am studying an MBA with a specialization in AI. I use AI as a configuration tool, not as a chatbot, and keep the running system deterministic and auditable.
Background
I graduated in Biomedical Civil Engineering with the highest distinction (2018-2024) and hold a bachelor's degree in engineering sciences. I was vice president of the student center from 2019 to 2024. I am now studying an MBA with a specialization in artificial intelligence at EALDE Business School, in association with the Catholic University of Murcia.
My path has three parts: public-sector hospital projects and medical equipment, research on virtual reality and physiological signals, and a startup for institutional purchasing. In purchasing I learned that the hard part is not buying but proving you bought correctly. In research I learned to design something, measure its effect and report what did not work.
Experience
| Period | Role | What I did |

| Dec 2023 - Mar 2024 | Front desk agent, bellman and server, Telluride Ski Resort (Colorado, USA) | Worked in the United States, where I used English daily. |
MBA coursework
The MBA covers business strategy, commercial management, project management, people management, finance and fintech, strategic and digital marketing, operations management, innovation and product, leadership skills and personal branding, plus Power BI (fundamentals and advanced). The AI specialization covers an introduction to AI, prompt engineering, and AI for productivity and customer management.
Cases I have written include a strategy analysis of an electric-vehicle charging startup, an operations analysis of Benihana, an innovation case on last-mile delivery, a custom GPT for recipes and the household expense manager below.
Skills
- Business: applied AI for business, SaaS, business development, fundraising, strategy, operations and project management (MBA coursework).
- Public purchasing and hospitals: public-sector tenders, technical specifications for medical equipment, hospital project management, equipment inventory and maintenance planning.
- Technical: Python, C#, MATLAB, Unity, Arduino, virtual reality (Oculus Quest 2), web scraping, text mining, medical imaging, physiological signal acquisition and analysis, data analysis with Power BI.
- AI: prompt engineering, custom GPTs, and AI-assisted software development.
- Languages: Spanish native, English advanced with certification and work experience in the United States.
Selected work
Thesis: virtual reality and emotions
Two virtual reality environments, one for suspense and one for calm, and a measurement of their effect on heart rate in volunteers.
Method and results →Next Core Revolution
Co-founder and CEO of a startup building rule-driven AI procurement software for institutions.
My role →Household expense manager
A web app to record, categorize and chart daily expenses, built for an MBA course by writing structured prompts for an AI assistant. A course exercise, not production software.
